At Zephyr Novas, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair refund and return policy to make the process as simple as possible.
1. Custom Orders and Tailored Suits
As we specialize in custom-made suits and tailored clothing, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items unless there is a defect or error in the tailoring process. Each suit is uniquely designed to your specifications, and once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible. We encourage customers to carefully review all measurements, designs, and fabric selections before confirming the order.
2. Returns and Exchanges for Non-Custom Products
If you purchased non-custom items (e.g., accessories, ready-made garments), you may return or exchange them within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags attached.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@zephyrnovas.xyz within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s) safely. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect product or defect).
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error in the tailoring, please contact us immediately at info@zephyrnovas.xyz. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement, at your discretion. We ask that you send us a photo of the damaged or defective product to assist us in processing your claim quickly.
6. Exchanges for Sizing Issues
If your custom suit does not fit as expected, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will make adjustments at no additional cost to ensure the perfect fit. We may request that you return the item for alterations, and shipping costs for these adjustments will be covered by us.
7. Final Sale Items
Some items, such as sale items or specially discounted products, may be marked as “Final Sale.” These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they are defective or damaged. Please review the product description before purchasing.
