All prices listed on our website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that our pricing is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. In the event that an error in pricing is discovered, we will notify you before processing your order. You will have the option to accept the corrected price or cancel your order.

7. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, if you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@zephyrnovas.xyz. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return and refund procedures.

8. Custom Orders
For custom-made suits and tailored clothing, once the order is confirmed, production will begin. Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be altered or canceled after the tailoring process has started. Please ensure that you have reviewed all specifications, including fabric choices, measurements, and design preferences before confirming your order.

9. Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items
We aim to keep all items in stock, but in the rare event that an item is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible. If the item is on backorder, you will be given the option to either wait for restocking or cancel the order for a full refund.
